The Digital Business Academy at Milpitas High School is a community within the larger school community that offers students an opportunity to connect with the “real world” through job shadows, internships, and our Career Mentor Program. We are currently recruiting Career Mentors.

A Career Mentor is an industry professional who meets with an 11th grade student once a month for 1-2 hours to provide them career and college advice. This is a flexible program where each meeting is arranged and designed by each mentor-mentee pair; outings can be as simple as having lunch to a half-day job shadow. Mentors can work around their schedules, meeting students during the school day, after school, or on the weekends.
