Girls For A Change (GFC) empowers young women to create social change. In partnership with women volunteers, girls identify an issue in their community and develop and implement a solution. We are looking for women volunteers, called Girl Action Team Coaches, to guide girls through the process of creating a social change project. We need women who are dedicated to supporting girls, willing to tell girls they are valuable and ready to change the world!



The Coach position with GFC is a dynamic and rewarding experience that leads to connections with girls and other adult women in the Bay Area, implementation of a social change project and a contribution toward putting women at the global leadership table.



Coaches and girls form teams that meet a least once a week for 12 weeks. GFC also provides orientation, 2 trainings, a Coach manual and full time support.
