National Service is a call for all Americans to invest their time, energy and talent in improving the lives of others and strengthening their communities. In the process, they are building a more engaged society and becoming leaders in civic life. National Service in Louisiana is administered through the Louisiana Serve Commission in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and through the State Office of the Corporation for National and Community Service.
