Description:
Hip Hop Education has joined forces with A-SPAN (www.a-span.org) an Arlington VA based non-profit. A-SPAN not only feed the homeless every single day but they have a shelter for men.

The holidays this year are a little different than before. The economy has strained us all, so if you are able to help wiht this project we would greatly appreciate it. We are in need of food items and stocking stuffer items to be donated and prepared.

Food to be provided:

Sandwiches (180 sandwiches - 1 deli meat & 1 PB&J)
Drinks - 90 individual beverages OR 8-10 1-gallon beverages
90 fruit items - any fruit (apples, oranges, bananas...etc)
90 sweet snacks -(no chocolate, please)
90 savory snacks -chips or pretzels

Food preparation at home 2:30pm to 4:00pm
Deliver and Serve at Oakland Mini-Park 5:45pm

The Oakland Mini-Park is located on Wilson Blvd. between Oakland St. and N. Nelson St. in Arlington VA.

We will also create and donate Christmas stockings with personal hygiene items that can be used, if you would like to donate any of the items below please let us know.


Stocking Stuffer Items needed (Trial size only):

Deodorant, Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner, Disposable razors, Shaving cream, Combs & Brushes, Mouth wash, Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Vaseline, Lip balm, Body lotion, Hydrogen peroxide, Foot powder, Band-Aids, Pain reliever's, Multivitamins, Cough drops. Socks, hats, gloves, scarves
