To help you in completing the customer support form we have provided a sample:


Key Guidelines

  • Identify User Type – Volunteer Center, Organization or Volunteer
  • Provide Contact Information – email address and phone number
  • Identify the Type of Case Created – Help Request, Report an Issue, Other, or Suggestions.
  • Identify the Product Area – Identify what area on the website your question is related (Opportunities, Events, Organizations, Reports etc.)
  • Subject – Enter a brief description of what you are requesting (Can't Login, How do I Turn off the Volunteer Alerts Emails, How Can I access new Referrals, I want to Change my Volunteer Centers Contact Information.
  • Description – Include a brief scenario of your experience, describing what occurred on the website
  • Steps to Reproduce – Provide us with a step by step guide of what actions were taken resulting in your specific issue
Including a Screen Shot

Also you forward a screenshot of the problem page or error message to our Customer Support Team. (Please make sure that you have already reporting the issue through the Contact Support Form and have received a confirmation email with an assigned case number.)

Steps:

  1. Capture a screen shot of desired page by pressing simultaneously Ctrl + Alt + Prt Scr (Print Screen)
  2. Open a new email and paste the screen shot (Ctrl + V).
  3. Include the case number in the Subject and send the email.
