United Youth Council

The United Youth Council (UYC) was established by an award grant from Youth Service/Youth Venture America in Feb 2006. The UYC is ran by and made up entriely of youth volunteers from middle and high school who are committed to their community and care enough to make a change. UYC are youth that are up to the challenge of maximizing their potential to become effective, caring adults.
