Description:
Manage front desk by greeting students, faculty, staff and agency partners. Answer the phones, monitor walk-ins and phone calls with ACSLP software application. Communicate with staff on student concerns. Periodic follow up phone calls on volunteer timesheets confirmations.
Good customer service and knowledge of basic computer applications.
