SEEKING Veterans to help returning Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom veterans link to financial, educational, health care and counseling resources when they return home.
If you have a passion for helping fellow veterans, are a good communicator, and are willing to donate your time to an amazing cause, the Buddy-to-Buddy program is looking for you. Responsibilities include telephone support to military service members, bi-monthly training and presence at military events. Mileage and expenses are reimbursed.

Veterans with combat experience and mental health training or experience are preferred. We will provide training in communication skills and available community resources in Michigan. The time commitment required is a minimum of about 2-3 hours per week and one weekend day per month.
