The Volunteer Center of San Gabriel Valley is a non-profit agency serving the San Gabriel Valley since 1943.

Mission:
We connect people and resources for a better San Gabriel Valley.

The Volunteer Center of San Gabriel Valley is the essential connection for volunteering and resources in solving community issues within the San Gabriel Valley. We promote and expand opportunities for voluntary service, provide nonprofits and corporations with consultant support and innovitave leadership training in volunteer management, board developement, and disaster preparedness. Effectively gather and mobilize volunteers in emergency relief situations, address important community needs by concentrating volunteer resources into engaging well-planned, meaningful community service projects.

Meals on Wheels:
The Volunteer Center also sponsors the local Meals on Wheels Program serving Monrovia, Temple City, San Gabriel and North Rosemead.

Meals are delivered Monday- Friday, between 10:30am and 12:30pm. There are no requirements to receiving the meals. Meals consist of a lunch and a dinner, served together, and the cost is $8.00 for all cities.
