Description:
Overview: Coordinate all activities relating to sale of food and drinks for event to maximize revenues for Kids Incorporated programs while offering a variety of quality food and drink items.

(Note: N. Florida Fairgrounds has an exclusive contract with Pepsi and only Pepsi products may be sold.)

1. Coordinate recruitment of all food vendors to donate food products, preparation and sales.
2. Develop menu, pricing, and signage for food area.
3. Working with Logistics Subcommittee, advise them on equipment and table/chair needs.
4. Working with Volunteer Subcommittee, advise them on volunteer needs.
5. Work with Kids Incorporated staff regarding food donation from IJ Foods (Kids Incorporated will order items recommended from subcommittee).
