Join American Red Cross, Capital Area Citizen Corps, The City of Tallahassee, FAMU Office of Student Union/Activities, FSU Center for Civic Education and Service, FSU Service Corps, Keiser College, TCC Office of Student Volunteerism, United Partners for Human Services, and VolunteerLEON in an annual community-wide day of service, on Saturday, February 17, 2007, as a way to unite campus and community together.
Approximately 400 volunteers from all over the Big Bend area are expected to serve at 20 different non-profit agencies in and around Tallahassee. Participants can choose from a variety of community need areas, including animal care, hunger, homelessness, senior services, children/youth, disaster services, environment, and many more.
The kick-off will occur at the Lincoln Neighborhood Center, located at 438 W Brevard St.

Participants are required to register for one of the MADT Projects listed below. Registration requires that you log into 1800Volunteer.org using your existing username and password or create an account.
If you are registering a group, proceed with creating an account and follow the instructions provided for creating a group account. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is processed by the web administrator. Please have your group members' names, email address, phone number, tshirt size, and age ready to enter. Every attempt will be made to provide you with your first choice of service projects.
