The famous LPGA Golf Tournament will be taking place this year at the Houstonian in Fort Bend County.

To increase community involvement, individuals, families or groups are needed to assist with displaying golfer's scores on a leaderboard (manual scoreboard) which will be located in Sugar Land Town Square's plaza throughout the tournament.

• Two volunteer shifts: 10:00-1:00PM and 1:00PM-5:00PM, Thursday 11/19-Sunday 11/22.
• Three - six volunteers are needed for each shift
• Children can help as long as an adult volunteer is present to assist.  Youth under 18 need written permission from parent.

The LPGA will provide food, 2 ground tickets and a parking pass (anyday) to the tournament and a T Shirt and Hat for volunteers.

The official beneficiary of the LPGA Tour Championship presented by Rolex is Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital (and specifically Pediatric Orthopedic Services) Local charities will also benefit in part fromtheir "Tickets for Charity" campaign where 50% of ticket proceeds from each group's ticket sales go directly to that charity.
