Save the Date - Spring for Alexandria Community Service Day 2010 - April 30 - Get a jump start  - Sign your team up today!

Join our Emergency Volunteer Mobilization Team! We are looking for volunteers who would like to help run Volunteer Reception Centers, should a disaster affect the Alexandria area. These Volunteer Reception Centers (VRC) provide a central location where volunteers can go to be placed in volunteer positions to assist with disaster recovery.

• Upcoming training dates: February 17 from 7:00-9:00PM and again on Saturday, March 13 from 9:00-11:00AM. Both trainings will be held at the Alexandria Health Department - 4480 King St. Please call 703-836-2176 or email jstyles@volunteeralexandria.org if you are interested.
