Second annual event specifically for women in the Southern Tier Area. This event will be held at Binghamton Regency Hotel. This is an evening for the woman who does not have time to pamper herself so we make a evening just for her. Pampering includes:massages, manicures, makeup demonstrations,champagne, music and just plain fun. We need women to be on the planning committee to make this a successful fundraiser for the Association.
