Description:
Streamkeeper volunteers perform a variety of tasks in the interests of watershed stewardship: monitoring streams; managing, analyzing, and reporting on data; developing educational materials; and interacting with the public. We have tasks for all ages, abilities, and interests. Usually a brief interview is enough to get you started as a Streamkeeper volunteer.

Large variety of tasks which happen on a flexible schedule, generally organized into teams.
Food Details: Snacks available at the Streamkeepers office, and food is available at most volunteer events.
Special Requirements:
To take charge of data-gathering, you must be trained. Streamkeepers holds training every summer, a total of about 24 hours divided into about 6 sessions.
