Volunteers may come between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to work with the students in the academic area chosen. The goal is to accelerate the students to grade level expectations with tutorial help and encouragement excercises and activities.
The purposes of the Janice Mitchell Isbell Academy (Isbell Academy) are: (1) Provide educational services for at-risk students. (2) Accelerate the knowledge, skill, and abilities of the students to at and/or above grade-level expectations.
