The Volunteer Center invites you to do a year of service in your community as an AmeriCorps Member! 5 full time leadership positions are available with a dynamic team of non-profits committed to serving local youth and families. As an AmeriCorps Member, you will coordinate programs, provide leadership to volunteers, and leave a legacy at a local non-profit. In return, you will receive a monthly stipend, medical benefits and a child care stipend, an educational award of $4,725 at the conclusion of your service year, loan deferment while in service, and the knowledge that you have made a difference in the lives of children and families.
