Description:
3) Most people think of Thanksgiving and Christmas Celebrations as a time to get together with friends and family and eat until we are ready for a nap. Many of the families and youth served by Youth and Shelter Services struggle to have the basic daily food items they need, and are not able to come up with items for a festive holiday meal. If you would like to provide a deserving family with holiday meal items, please contact Teresa Helfter Glover at tglover@yss.ames.ia.us or 515-233-3141 for more information.
