Description:
DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills) are a set of measures for assessing the acquisition of early literacy skills from kindergarten through fifth grade. DIBELS volunteers perform one minute timed literacy tests to Midland Public School third through fifth grade students. Volunteers follow scripted instructions and assess student accuracy as they read from selected grade level passages.
