Front Desk Volunteers are the face of the Red Cross!

They answer phones, making sure to get the caller with the person they need to talk with. They greet clients and the public and help direct them to the help they need. They help 'office projects' such as mailings, filing, typing, watering the plants, etc, etc, etc...

Our Office is Open Monday - Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Do you have 4 hours you can spare a week?

During a Disaster Response, Front Desk Volunteers provide vital information to the public.

Our Front Desk Volunteers are the first contact anyone has with us...they are vital to our mission!
