When a home burns down, be the Red Cross Volunteer who is there to help. As a shoulder to lean on, and a vital resource to get them on the road to recovery, Disaster Action Team Volunteers provide service directly to our clients.
Help is needed in all of the 9 Southeast Missouri Counties that we serve.
Training provided.
Initial Orientation offered monthly. Specialized Training for the Disaster Action Team offered...check with us for details on when!

Compassionate.
Literate (Complete Forms).
Good Driving Record. Ability to drive at night.
Willingness to work some days and/or nights "on call."
A background check (FREE to you) is required of all Red Cross Volunteers (not that we think you are an 'axe murderer' but we have to have the piece of paper that says so.)
