An AARP Tax-Aide Counselor provides free income tax form preparation and answers tax questions one or more days a week during the February to April tax filing period. This is a great opportunity to help low-to-middle-income and older taxpayers in your community.
Successful counselors enjoy meeting and working with a diverse community of people, are detail-oriented, have good reading, math & communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Experience with taxes desirable but not required. Experience working with PC's and having E-mail access are both a necessity.
