The Volunteer and Information Center, Inc. connects area residents to community service agencies and helps agencies find much-needed volunteers. The Volunteer and Information Center, Inc. promotes access to health and community services for all, and volunteerism as a means to contribute and engage in civic life.
To contact organizations directly about the opportunities posted in the system you must first create an account.
Click the “Create Account” tab at the top right corner of this page. On the registration page click on the link “Volunteers and Groups."
Follow the instructions and fill out the “Basic Information” and “Skills and Availability” sections.
You may now search opportunities by Keyword, Zip Code or City and State using the search bar. For more search options, you may click on “Advanced Search”. Advanced Search allows you to search opportunities by location, availability, organization, issue areas addressed, skills, age, accessibility and/or the program type.
