Mission: The Brian Center of Fincastle is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide caring, innovative health care to those who are most vulnerable. We operate one of the only ventilator facilities in the region, and individuals come from across Virginia and from neighboring states. Bringing acute care services to rural areas like Bland, Low Moor, Hot Springs and Fincastle is a priority for our organization. Caring for people with integrity, passion, excellence and respect is our mission, and we invite you to join us and bring your special human touch to the Brian Center.
