Phone volunteers provide Howard County, Maryland residents in need of assistance (evictions, utility turnoffs, food, shelter, medicine or other crises) with the names and phone numbers for community resources to aid them.
Easy-to-use referral sheets and brief training provided.
Not appropriate for short-term (eg. winter break) volunteers.
